We are open to having anyone in the US, with preference given to those in Texas, Minnesota, Illinois, Florida, Georgia and North Carolina.
How You'll Help us Connect The World As a member of our Ruckus business unit's services and support education team, you will be crafting and developing Instructor Led Training (ILT), Virtual Classroom Training (VCT), Web-Based Training (WBT), and Mobile Learning content for diverse users of the Ruckus' product portfolio of switches, routers, wireless access points and controllers.
Our courses are designed to teach Ruckus networking product technologies, installation, configuration, integration, management, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
More specifically, this includes gathering course requirements from internal and external technical audiences and key partners.
Design and develop comprehensive technical courseware to include presentation slides, application examples, and lab exercises.
Work with a team of curriculum developers and technical trainers to create training plans, course design documents, & course descriptions.
Design and facilitate lab environments and lab procedures.
Attend product training and learn Ruckus products from pre-release stage.
Work with product development and engineering teams and domain specialists to design, develop and publish learning content.
Incorporate peer feedback to improve new or developed courses.
Write and review certification exam questions and offer feedback.
Our ideal candidate will possess the ability to learn complex technologies and tools used to develop technical training material.
Learn and utilize new tools, applications that enhance the learning experience both on course development and delivery.
Follow team curriculum development processes and procedures.
This position has flexibility in location and minimal travel will be required.
Required Qualifications for ConsiderationCompleted Bachelors degree and Ideally 5 years of technical training and/or courseware development experience in the IT, Networking or Telecommunications industry.
People with equivalent experience that includes technical writing will also be considered.
Experience in web-based authoring tools and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Technical knowledge of Ethernet and WiFi networking.
You Will Excite Us If You HaveAre a self-directed proactive worker who takes ownership for timely task completion.
Have excellent communication skills.
Prior experience with Articulate Storyline 360, Camtasia, Adobe CC (Photoshop, Audition, Illustrator, Acrobat, Premiere), publishing content for LMS and Audio/ video editing skills.
Networking certifications are a plus.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
